Markham,ON—September 19, 2005—TURCK Inc. has expanded
its line of microfast (1/2 - 20 UNF) cordsets and receptacles to handle
even more applications with the addition of the 2 and 6-pin connectors. These
connectors are commonly used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and material
handling industries, and add to the existing 3, 4 and 5-pin microfast connectors.
The microfast cordsets are available with multiple cable options, such as PVC,
PUR, TPE and CPE. All connectors provide NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6 P and IEC IP 67 protection,
and are rated for 250 VAC/VDC and 4 Amps.
Like most TURCK cordsets, the microfast line offers male or female, straight
or right angle connectors, standard and custom lengths, and pigtails or extensions.
To make the system complete, we offer fully encapsulated mating receptacles
with nickel-plated brass housing and 1/2"-14 NPSM, 1/2"-14 NPT, or
1/4"-18 NPT mounting threads.
