IP 67 Analog Input Station for DeviceNet™

Markham,ON—October 8, 2007—TURCK Inc. has added an analog input station capable of supporting four analog inputs on the DeviceNet network to its expanding line of fully encapsulated DeviceNet I/O stations.

The analog inputs maybe confi gured for either analog current (0 to 20 mA or 4 to 20 mA) or voltage (0 to 10 V or -10 to 10 V). A rotary switch or DeviceNet confi guration software may be used to confi gure the station for all analog current inputs, all voltage inputs or any combination of the two per customer’s specifi cations.

The heavy-duty station is capable of on-machine installation in harsh environmental conditions. Fiber-glass reinforced nylon housing and full epoxy encapsulated electronics provide an IP 67, 68 and 69k environmental protection rating when all ports are covered with plugs or are connected.
