Markham,ON—June 20, 2005—TURCK Inc. introduces the new 4 and 8-port pentafast junction boxes that provide multiple I/O points for increased flexibility. The junction boxes’ small footprint offers excellent installation flexibility to small OEM machine builders that need a compact junction box, or robotic applications that require small, light weight junction boxes.
The small footprint also permits existing applications to be retrofit to allow
individual cable runs.
These extremely versatile junction boxes contain an integrated PUR cable or
a M12 eurofast ® 12-pin Quick Diconnection, and are offered with power and
signal LEDs. The nylon encapsulated junction boxes provide IP 67 protection
and meet UL, CSA, NEMA 1, 3, 4, 6P standards. Their operating current is 1 Amp
per port and 3 Amps total with one power pair, with an operating voltage of
10-30 VDC.
