Markham,ON—April 21, 2005—The Han DD® series from HARTING has for many years set the standard for high pin count industrial multi-pole connectors. HARTING is now the first manufacturer in the world to offer this optimised range to meet the isolation requirements of IEC 61984.
The new generation of Han DD® inserts feature increased creepage and clearance
distances to comply with the new standard, providing the user with a higher
degree of safety in use.
The inserts are manufactured from high quality polycarbonate to UL94V0 and are
suitable for use in pollution category 3 at up to 250 volts and 10 amps.
Versions are available with 24, 42, 72 or 108 contact cavities.
