Markham,ON—February 12, 2007—TURCK’s DeviceNet cables are now available with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jackets, making the cables impervious to weld slag build up. The cables are ideal for applications where weld sparks and slag accumulation is common.
The DeviceNet cables augment TURCK’s full line of specially designed weldlife
® cables. Like most TURCK TPE cable, the DeviceNet cables withstand up to
2 million cycles of continuous bending, fl exing and twisting making them perfect
for automotive and robotic applications. The DeviceNet cables are available
in M12 eurofast ® thin or 7/8-16UN minifast ® mid or thick variations,
with stainless steel or nickel-plated brass coupling nuts.
